UTAH ENERGY WORKFORCE SCHOLARSHIP
The Governor’s Office of Energy Development is proud to partner with Chevron to advance Utah’s energy workforce by providing scholarships to high school seniors who intend to pursue a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) related course of study at a public or private institution of high learning in Utah. This statewide program includes:
Five $4,000 scholarships for students attending a Utah college or university
Five scholarships for up to $2,000 for students attending a Utah technical college
Applicants must submit the following to kevinbrooks@ utah.gov A five-minute original film on the topic of energy and An essay about their STEM goals

SANDY CHAMBER JUNIOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM - JUNIORS
Women in Business is a division of the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce which acts to empower women by working to elevate women in leadership roles through connection, mentoring, and ongoing networking opportunities. The Junior Women in Business includes one young woman representative from Alta, Brighton Corner Canyon, Hillcrest, Jordan, Juan Diego, High Schools, and the CTEC-Sandy Campus.
Requirements – Must be a junior. Participate in WIB monthly luncheons. Participate in The Canyon’s job shadow program. Attend a portion of ta legislative session. Participate in a service project directed by the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce. Participate in the Canyon’s School District Women in Business Club. American College Foundation Visionary Scholarship Program
This scholarship is for grades 9 -12. Awards range from $1,000 - $5,000 each with multiple winners to be selected All applications for the American College Foundation’s Visionary Scholarship Program will consist of: Completed ACF Visionary Scholarship Application, Student’s most recent unofficial high school transcript, 500-word essay on “Why College is Important to Me”. JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
For high school seniors who plan to plan to enroll at a licensed or accredited culinary school. Scholarships vary from year to year. Applicants may be planning to study a variety of disciplines, including: Culinary arts, Baking and pastry, Hospitality management, Food studies (including history, economics, anthropology, sociology), Agriculture, Sustainability, Food security. Mahin and Saifulla Salemy High School Scientific Scholarship
This scholarship is offered by Shahram Salemy, MD FACS.
It is open to high school seniors in the United States who have been accepted to and will attend college (either 4-year or community) in the United States, and have an interest in the sciences.
Plastic surgery is the branch of scientific medicine that is dedicated to the reconstruction and repair of the body. It can correct deformities that are a result of accidents, birth defects, or illness, in addition to improving overall aesthetics of the body. Not only is it a science, but plastic surgery is also an art that helps individuals increase their confidence.
Two students will be honored with a scholarship award of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) each, which will be issued to their accepting colleges. Stuck at Prom Duct Tape Scholarship
The duct tape scholarship belongs on every odd scholarships list. Do you have enough confidence to design and wear a prom dress or tux made from duct tape? Use duct tape to create prom outfits and accessories and enter a photograph to the online scholarship contest.

Walmart Golden Key Scholarship
Eligible students are 17-22 years old with a disability, verifiable by a qualified professional, mental health provider or medical professional. Eligible students must be receiving, or have received, their High School Diploma, GED or Certificate of Completion and be transitioning or has transitioned to other educational programs after their high school program.
